Helping Families Achieve Home Care Success
Senior home care arrangements are successful when a loved one is safe, comfortable and engaged. Boardwalk Homecare understands that making a critical long-term care decision for oneself or a loved one is not an easy task. To provide seniors and their families with peace of mind, we aim to:
Educate seniors about home care services in New Jersey so they can make an informed decision.
Help seniors determine a successful home care service, regardless of whether our company is the right solution.
Provide the highest quality of home care service for seniors that select our company as their trusted provider.
Founded in 2006, Boardwalk Homecare offers families a cross-functional team of nurses, case managers and home health aides to support the home care needs for seniors living in New Jersey.
Need help navigating home care? We are here to help.
A Unique Approach
Families facing senior care decisions often experience a great deal of stress and uncertainty. While circumstances may differ, there are some common causes for anxiety including:
The responsibility of making a very important decision on behalf of a loved one with limited time, accurate information or an understanding of possible outcomes.
The diverse residential care options available to seniors including home care, adult day care, assisted living communities and long-term care facilities.
The confusion felt when contacting a list of providers that spend more time discussing their offerings than on listening to the needs of the care recipient.
At Boardwalk Homecare, we believe in the importance of understanding the needs of a senior first in order to provide a comprehensive overview of home care and introduce the best possible options for setting up care.
Our focus is on helping families - not selling to them.

Boardwalk Homecare DID provide comprehensive information about home care services and programs.
“I am pleased with the caregivers who come to my home, and would recommend Boardwalk Homecare to others. The direction of the agency share my philosophy of care and support my endeavor to keep my 91 year old father at home with us rather than in a nursing home.”
~ Susan M., RN (daughter)
Boardwalk Homecare DID NOT attempt to influence our decision on which home care option was best for our family.
“The Boardwalk Homecare staff was available any time I needed. I received return phone calls promptly and they provide a great service. I also never felt like I was being "sold" a product - I felt as if they really cared about providing a service.”
~ Maria C. (daughter)
How would you rate the overall quality of service provided by Boardwalk Homecare?
“The services provided by Boardwalk Homecare have been very sincere, compassionate and most timely for my wife. You have a very organized staff which produces excellent results in home care. I would highly recommend this home care agency to other patients.”
~ Dr. Joseph M., MD (spouse)
How would you rate the courtesy and helpfulness of the Office Staff?
“After having dealt with several care providing agencies for various services for the care of my mother, I have found both the caregivers and administrative staff of Boardwalk Homecare to be much more friendly, organized, dependable, up-beat, and professional than all the other agencies I have had contact with in the last year.”
~ Victoria G. (daughter)
How would you rate the professionalism and support of your Case Manager?
“Suzanne (case manager) and Ingrid (home health aide) have been extremely helpful with June. Suzanne spent time getting to know June before placing Ingrid. Ingrid has been extremely caring, compassionate and understanding. She was also very helpful at the director’s office (Sunrise Assisted Living) last week. Thank you!”
~ Michael H. (POA)
First, Megan Williams’ (case manager) expertise was unsurpassed. Her knowledge and assessments were awesome. She is someone you could trust when things got difficult. Linda, our aide, was dedicated, energetic and had great communication skills. No job seemed to be too difficult for her.
~ Watson S. (son)
How would you rate the care and respect provided by your Caregiver?
“Our caregiver Linda (home health aide) is young but very mature. She is a very loving and caring person, she never panics when things get a little crazy. All the decisions she makes are in the best interest of my mom even if it creates more work for her. We feel very lucky to have her, 3 weeks and not 1 bed sore, she loves to rub my mom with my mom’s favorite cream and she even sings to her to relax her. Not everyone is cut out for this job but Linda is. Thank you for bringing her into our home. I would recommend ‘Boardwalk’ to anyone!!!
~ Susan F. (daughter)
I wanted to let you know what an amazing job Lily (home health aide) did taking care of my mom. Lilly has a very unique approach and talent for doing her job. She takes the time to learn each personality in the house and adapts herself as necessary. She has a very professional appearance and demeanor but is also very friendly and accommodating. She knows when to give the family there space but at the same time is attentive to everything. She is full of energy, took great care of my mom and was a wonderful companion for my dad. Nurses from the hospice program would comment that not many patients were cared for like my mom. Over the years I have worked with a number of aides both in the U.S. and in Italy and Lily is far above any of them.
